The Oneness wholesale program is designed for qualified businesses seeking access to selected wellness products for authorized resale in the United States.
We welcome applications from retail stores, wellness shops, qualified practitioners, ecommerce businesses, distributors, and other established businesses that align with our standards.
Wholesale approval, product availability, pricing, resale channels, and ordering privileges are determined by Oneness Natural Foods LLC.
Who May Apply
Our wholesale program is available to qualified United States businesses that intend to resell approved products through authorized channels.
Independent retailers, specialty stores, natural-product shops, markets, and other established brick-and-mortar businesses.
Wellness boutiques, health-focused stores, spas, studios, and other businesses serving wellness-oriented customers.
Qualified professionals and practices seeking approved products for authorized retail resale to their clients or customers.
Approved online businesses operating through their own branded ecommerce website and complying with all resale restrictions.
Established distributors with verifiable business operations, appropriate licensing, and an approved resale plan.
Other legitimate businesses may apply. Eligibility and approval are reviewed individually.
Wholesale service is currently available only to approved businesses located in the United States.
Application Requirements
Applicants should provide complete and accurate business information so we can evaluate the proposed wholesale relationship.
We may request documentation or additional information before approving, declining, or continuing a wholesale account.
Application Review and Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, pricing access, product access, inventory allocation, or the right to place wholesale orders.
Applications are reviewed based on factors that may include:
- Business legitimacy and documentation
- Business type and operating history
- Proposed products and resale channels
- Brand and supplier restrictions
- Territory or account conflicts
- Estimated purchasing needs
- Compliance with program standards
- Product availability and operational capacity
Approval Is Discretionary
Wholesale-account approval, product access, pricing, ordering privileges, and continued participation remain at the discretion of Oneness Natural Foods LLC.
We may approve, condition, suspend, restrict, or decline an application or account where reasonably necessary.
Wholesale Orders and Payment
Orders may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled because of inventory shortages, payment issues, pricing errors, supplier restrictions, account concerns, or other operational circumstances.
Products, Availability, and Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale access is limited to selected products approved for a particular account or resale channel.
- Not every retail product is available for wholesale purchase.
- Some brands or products may be excluded from the program.
- Product access may vary by account, business type, and resale channel.
- Inventory and product availability may change without notice.
- Case quantities or pack requirements may apply to individual products.
Wholesale pricing is not displayed publicly. Approved pricing and available products are provided after account approval.
Approval for one product does not create authorization to purchase or resell every product available through oneness.health.
Wholesale Shipping and Delivery
Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping, freight, delivery, handling, insurance, customs, address-correction, and related carrier charges unless a written quotation states otherwise.
- Shipping charges may be quoted before final payment or invoiced with the order.
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Orders may ship in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.
- Additional fees may apply to returned, refused, or undeliverable shipments.
The wholesale buyer is responsible for reviewing the shipment promptly and keeping cartons, packing materials, shipping labels, and products when reporting a claim.
Returns, Damages, and Order Claims
Eligible wholesale returns may be considered with prior written authorization from Oneness Natural Foods LLC.
Returned products generally must be unopened, unused, undamaged, unaltered, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Do not ship a return before receiving written authorization.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the buyer.
- Return shipping may be the buyer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
- Restocking or handling charges may apply when disclosed and permitted.
- Final-sale, discontinued, customized, perishable, or restricted products may be ineligible.
Claims involving damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 30 business days after delivery.
Claims should include the order or invoice number, affected product, quantity, description of the issue, and clear photographs of:
- The affected merchandise
- The exterior shipping carton
- The interior packaging
- The shipping label
- Any visible damage or shortage
Available remedies are reviewed case by case and may include replacement, credit, refund, partial credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Authorized Resale Channels
Wholesale products may be resold only through channels specifically approved for the account.
Approved products may be sold through an authorized brick-and-mortar store, practice, studio, or other approved physical location.
Certain products may be sold through the wholesale buyer’s own approved, branded ecommerce website.
Marketplace Resale Is Prohibited
Products purchased through the Oneness wholesale program may not be listed, advertised, offered, or sold through third-party marketplaces unless Oneness Natural Foods LLC provides express written authorization.
Prohibited marketplaces include Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Faire, and similar third-party marketplace platforms.
Buyers may not transfer wholesale access, resell to unauthorized distributors, misrepresent product claims, alter product labels, remove traceability information, or use product or brand materials in an unauthorized manner.
Violation of resale restrictions may result in order cancellation, account suspension, termination, or other appropriate action.
Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to apply?
We do not currently charge an application fee. Applicants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own licenses, permits, certificates, and business documentation.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Applications are reviewed individually, and approval remains at the discretion of Oneness Natural Foods LLC.
What is the minimum opening order?
The opening-order minimum is $300 before shipping, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable fees.
Is there a minimum reorder?
There is currently no minimum-dollar reorder requirement. Product pack sizes, case quantities, and inventory restrictions may still apply.
When will I receive wholesale pricing?
Pricing and approved-product availability are provided after the wholesale account has been reviewed and approved.
Do you offer payment terms?
No. Wholesale orders must currently be paid in full before fulfillment. Approved payments may be made by credit card or ACH.
Who pays for shipping?
The wholesale customer is responsible for shipping, delivery, freight, handling, and related carrier charges unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Can I sell wholesale products on Amazon or another marketplace?
No. Marketplace resale is prohibited unless express written authorization is provided by Oneness Natural Foods LLC.
May I sell products through my own website?
Certain approved products may be sold through an approved buyer’s own branded website. Product and channel authorization must be confirmed for the account.
Are wholesale returns accepted?
Eligible returns may be considered with prior written authorization. Products generally must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
